Nittany outlet

I ordered like 5 shirts from the Nittany outlet on December 10th. I haven't received them and I have tried to call them and email them and I cannot get through. I have a confirmation email from them.

Has anyone else got ripped off by them? It sucks but non of my shirts will be here and I have no idea if I will ever receive them. Any advice on where to go from here?
