I can't believe the number of people defending Kelce. A person is allowed to act like an a-hole but not allowed to take someone's property from them and destroy it. This isn't close.
And it's made worse by the fact that Kelce has pursued fame and wealth far beyond being an NFL player. If he did nothing but play football people wouldn't even know it was him walking by.
If you wanna do all the stuff to raise your profile and bring in all the extra money in the process then you need to be prepared to get attention when you're out in public. How hard is it to ignore someone, especially when you know they're trying to get you to respond?

I am. And there is a principle in law that provides a defense if you are provoked. For example, if a wife flaunts her infidelity to a distraught husband that can minimize a murder charge.

I don’t understand your point. I’m for law and order. Our system is rightfully based on innocent until proven guilty by your peers. There are lawful defenses when you are provoked. I have stated that my peers would laugh this case out of court and in fact where I live it would never see the light of day. If this is a crime where you live and you’re happy with that, that’s on you.
No verbal statements justify assault, which is what Kelce committed. And he and his brother in the fake "relationship" are overexposed douchebags.

Like my southern friends say, you’re just fixin for a fight. The only place in Pennsylvania where this would even be noticed by law enforcement is in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia and even there it would only be if Kelce was a known Republican.
Again, I’m not a lawyer but I don’t think damaging someone’s cellphone is “assault.”
