I just saw a repost [I think] where Elon posted the following net worths all with annual salaries under $300k.
McConnell - 95 million
Schumer -75 million
Warren - 67 million
My son and DiL live 5 minutes outside of DC in Alexandria and combined make well over $300K and live very modestly. In fairness they own a 50 year old 4 br house at about 3000 sq ft. Typical suburban house but they have a huge mortgage payment. But no way can you live and save lavishly on $300 in DC.
My question however, is shouldn't IRS records show this accumulation of wealth over the years.
I also heard on a show yesterday Larry Kudlow said Samantha Powell an Obama person got a job in the Biden administration. Entered the office
with NW of 6+ million and left 3 1/2 years later with NW in excess of 30 million. Someone needs to dig and find out how and why. Both sides, take no prisoners.
