I said the pick, regardless of the flag was a horrible throw--he's fine. QBs miss throws--a lot of throws--about 30-35% on them on average--some more--he's fine. You realize ND has the best pass defense in the country, right?
I can't remember when PSU ever excelled at a fade. I hated it in the 90's.
Receiver likely wide-open (and Allar doesn't have to hold ball) without the holding. Holding is the only reason the DB intercepted (we probably don't get that call against duhO$U in Secondary though with b2g hack, homer crew.).

Singleton should have caught that, but another just awful pass on an easy throw from drew.... making what should have been an easy "pitch-&-catch" into a difficult catch (trying to reach back across your body at knee-level while still running forward).
