I was really impressed with the 2nd half interior game by Stevens and Watkins; may have been Watkins best game this year. I’m not sure how good UM’s inside defense is, but overall are very good defensively. If the outside game and guard play wasn’t so bad, we would have been competitive. What happened to Reaves, Dread, and Bolton’s outside shot?

This was the only consistent offense and it was impressive. I don’t understand how every trip down we didn’t get it inside. You’d think with how effective they were it would open up some uncontested 3’s for the guards. But we’d come down and chuck up difficult shots without looking inside once. The turnovers were horrible again. Michigan wasn’t very good tonight and we didn’t take advantage of it. Wisconsin on Sunday at home.. they’ve beaten us 10 straight times. Will we be fired up?
