i don't know all the aspects of the rule. It seemed to me that the PSU player was attempting the block the UM player, and the UM player pushed down on the PSU player's back, causing him to also block below the waist.

McSorley has become a liability. Go ahead and crucify me for saying it, but he has come up small repeatedly. Crossed the line of scrimmage against OSU. Fumbled against MSU. Fumbled last week when we were putting the game away. Throwing the pick 6 last week. Sliding unnecessarily in this game. Fumbling again. He has heart, he is playing hurt, etc. But he has had plays that have devastated us in critical situations in the losses, near loss, and so far in this game. Painful to watch.
