Rams OFF top 5 vs Pats #21 ranked DEF. Rams unable to ever move ball. Goff was horrible and no RB did not help.

Defenses dominated, neither QB played well, the Rams QB was really off. Not a memorable Super Bowl, IMHO, but 6 wins for Brady is really unbelievable.
I thought the game was decent. Defense battle. Alof of big hits and good D.
The pass to Gronk was the difference.
this game felt like a home game for Pats - the Pats players even saying that. Rams fans must not travel.
What Ram fans? Their game in LA against the Cowboys was like a Dallas home game.
Wrong. The bs holding call on the rams run that would’ve given them 1st and 10 at pats 40 with 7 minutes to go was the key.

Some folks will squawk about that, but the majority understand the reality. The Saints v. Rams call appears to be horrendous, obviously ... but there was actually a blatant "hands to the face" infraction by a Saints lineman (dude grabbed a handful of face mask and kept it there for a little) on that play. They could have called holding as well.
Regardless, even if we say it was an absolutely awful call, it didn't cost them the game. It cost them the opportunity to seal the game right there, but they still could have prevented a tying field goal before the end of regulation. Also, they got the ball first in OT and could have ended the game right then and there, but Brees threw a pick.
Saints could have also been smart and ran the ball 3 times after getting to the 13 on that go-ahead FG drive, forcing the Rams to burn both their remaining TOs and running the clock down to about a minute, rather than giving the Rams 1:41 to play with.
Was that the play after the phantom defensive holding call on the third and long that gave the rams a first down?
I’m not among the folks who say the Pats win because they cheat, but it sure doesn’t help end that chorus when their Super Bowl MVP is a guy who was suspended for PEDs this very season...
My favorite was the penalty against the Rams early in the game because the defender hit the Patriots receiver in the backfield too soon. Oh, you have to give the receiver a chance to move with the football.
They were actually serious about that call.
Which is funny they call that here but Rams-Saints game that was not a defensive receiver?
When you think about it, it's pretty amazing that the Pats won a Super Bowl when their 2nd best WRs were Dorsett and Hogan (neither of whom caught a pass) and Cordarelle Patterson, who is half RB and half WR and who caught 2 passes for 14 yards. Their 2nd best pass catcher is Gronk but he's past his prime. Josh Gordon had some good games before he fell off the wagon. Edelman missed four games at the start of the season. Edelman was their leading receiver in 2018 and he had 850 yards, which was 28th in the league and just under half what Julio Jones had.
How do they keep winning Super Bowls despite this? There must be other less appreciated but important factors they're beating their opponents in. Maybe it really is just great coaching.

That would mean that the Rams actually have fans, I don't think thats the case.
Didnt they have to go to some kind of silent count a couple of weeks ago when they played the Cowboys at home?
