On Wisconsin, On Wisconsin (Wisconsin - Michigan game thread)

Michigan's passing game came to life when they became aggressive in Q4. They can leverage run from passing success provided their OL develops moving forward. Hoping we can beat them.

Looks like only one team put their time off to good use.

Harbaugh back to the NFL at seasons end.

Harbaugh used the bye week to plan next spring practice trip!

Maybe to Spain to run with the bulls! After watching Wisky run through them

……..And they came off an OFF week.

Sad.

Not really, I'm very happy about their loss!!

:)

On a side note: Wiscy ran for over 200+yards on Michigan. First time in Michigan's history.

Power running CJF.

Hope you and your staff took notes.

GLOV, get it right.....it’s the first time an INDIVIDUAL has run for over 200 yds in a game against UMich. TEAMS do it all the time! :D

So I guess my question is does Michigan suck or is Wisconsin a cfp contender. Are they really able to be both?

What part of what you saw today would make you feel that way?
I suspect Harbaugh is going to instruct Gattis to emphasize UM’s impressive WR’s in order to later open up their running game. That seemed to work late vs Wisky.

I don’t like PSU’s inability to get pressure on opposing QB’s coupled with a match-up involving large scUM WR’s vs our smurf DB’s.

PSU’s defense is better than Wisconsin’s and UM couldn’t do squat against them.

Completely disagree. I swear people here are afraid of competition.
Nope. Just smart. You have to have the best record to win the division. Assuming we don’t know what the rest of the season holds - the logical choice was for PSU to root against Michigan. Anything else is based on speculation, not logic.

Right, so when this board roots against Michigan when they play Notre Dame I'm sure I'll see some other illogical logic being used.

If losing to ND helps destroy Michigan’s confidence and makes them easier for us to beat, then yes, that’s logical.

That has nothing to do with fearing competition...the idea is to win your games and anything that helps you win those games is desirable. Have you ever played or coached a sport in your life?

I have and I wanted to play against the best to actually be tested. Have you ever played a sport in your life?

Played and coached and I wanted to win...I didn’t give a shit who I was playing, I just wanted to win. Same with coaching. So if you beat a team that wasn’t at their best, did you give the win back and say don’t count it? Every undefeated team in history had some luck to help them get there and that luck may have been an opponent not playing well, an injury to an opponent’s best player, in game bounces, etc....and you take the win and enjoy it. It’s only about winning especially in today’s college football landscape. Clemson isn’t giving back their trophies because their conference is waaayyyy down and there is no competition for them.

I agree, and I don’t mind seeing opponents lose other games. My question is why does a PSU fan care if someone roots against Michigan?
