Ugggghhhhhh....
Well, perhaps they would have been charged with something if Lynne would have followed up and made sure they were properly investigated??
The "it wasn't me, it was my staff, I was busy with other clients" excuse isn't gonna cut it.
Why hasn't ANYONE in CC/PA wanted to look into how a PCSO was able to found a charity and create a victim farm, foster/adopt numerous kids all with the blessing of the state for DECADES??? How was he able to fool the people whose jobs it is to find pedos and make sure they don't have access to kids??? Apparently none of the elected officials/media in PA seem to care...smh
You guys do realize that Lynne Abraham was named General Counsel of The Second Mile. It hardly makes sense for your Gen. Counsel to conduct an independent review.

"The Second Mile has said in a statement that it has done "everything in our power to cooperate with law-enforcement officials," but Attorney General Linda Kelly has said there was an "uncooperative atmosphere" from some officials at Penn State and The Second Mile.
The Second Mile also announced a new general counsel on Monday. Lynne Abraham is replacing Wendell Courtney, who resigned last week."
