OT: AKB Question - Uber and the Overnight RV lot?

With the new parking systems, do they allow Uber\Lyft to drop folks off at the Overnight RV lots prior to game? Do they even allow them to come down Fox Hollow? I know there is a drop off on Hastings below the stadium but that is way too far for an elderly person to walk to the Overnight RV lots. I have an elderly person I need to get to the overnight RV lot for some upcoming games and I would usually park in the lots back there after dropping them off but don't have a parking pass this season to even get to those lots.
