Same sex bathrooms mean more than harvesting organs from political prisoners to the league. I like you Jim, but I'm tired of the uneven doling out of OUTRAGE. Right?Because the players are supremely talented and because I’ve been a basketball fan all my life.

Is it ok to ask why you still watch? Human rights aren't on your radar? Not bathrooms (which caused the movement of the All Star game), but prison camps, forced abortions and the such. Maybe the nba should get their own shit together before lecturing the rest of us. Just my opinion of course. Then don’t watch.

Hundreds of US companies do business with China. Do you make a point of not giving any of them your business? (I have an I-Phone and Apple recently caved on allowing Hong Kong access to a certain app the protestors are using.) Shouldn’t we call them out, as well? Do I wish that the NBA would grow a pair and tell China to F off? Yes, of course. The hypocrisy you’re pointing out is real, obviously, but money talks, it always has and it always will. It’s the reality of the world. If you want to enjoy the current discomfiture of Kerr and Popovich, knock yourself out. I really wished they’d have taken a stand but as far as I’m aware neither of them sent congratulations to China for the 70th anniversary of the Communist takeover. Is it ok to ask why you still watch? I want fairness in coverage and pretend 5 minute outrage Jim. That's all. PDJT at least has an excuse to congratulate China, as he's in a massive trade war with them - which needs to be fought more than ever. The NBA is simply about money. More Chinese watched the NBA Finals last year than Americans.
...and yet there is more liberty in one little township or borough in Pennsylvania than in all of china. Good time to thank our Founding Fathers. There are more Chinese than Americans.![]()
The NBA is taking a massive PR hit these days. It’s going to cost them a lot of money. But which bothers you more, the hypocrisy of the NBA (and of every other American company doing business with China) or the fact that China, like Russia, to name one, is indeed a ugly, corrupt, destructive society that American companies help support? I haven’t seen many threads here about how much China sucks, but as soon as the hypocrisy of the NBA is displayed we’re all outraged. Like I said, if you want to enjoy the NBA’s embarrassment, go right ahead, but that’s meaningless in the face of the real repression of the Chinese people.I want fairness in coverage and pretend 5 minute outrage Jim. The other companies don't lecture me Jim. That's the difference. I think you can tell - I'm sofa king tired of being lectured to that I can't really put it into words. The NBA is taking a massive PR hit these days. It’s going to cost them a lot of money. No. I don’t like the hair and tattoos.

I don't think you know how a shoe lace works to be honest.Uh, yeah, no ... that's not how that works.
Why?
I don't think you know how a shoe lace works to be honest.
I wouldn't leave a lemon-aid stand in your governance. You're a dope.I’ll tell you what ... leave governance (corporate and sovereign) to me, and you can tie my shoes. Deal? Deal.
