X Rays showed a gum infection under the tooth I had root canaled 45 years ago. Guess he didnt get all the nerve drilled out. So it was a root canal on top of a root canal. On Jan 2. Took about a week for the teeth nerves and jaw to settle down but they have. 99% back to normal.
The first root canal was a piece of cake, relatively speaking, so I was surprised to have the major pain, throbbing etc that I had as soon as the novacaine wore off. Now I know why people joke about root canals.
This was my third root canal, ( but only in my 2nd tooth.)
