I got a cool pic of Jeffry field with Beaver Stadium in the background. How do I make it for my IPhone. When I put it as the lock screen it stretches.

I don't think you can. The picture has to cover the entire screen, it can't letterbox it. So if the aspect ratio doesn't match, it will zoom in until all of the screen is filled, which in essence crops part of the image. You can move the image around some to adjust what gets cropped and what doesn't, but you can't force it to "letterbox" the image.
