If you saw yesterday, he ran an extensive porn shop out of his dorm room. Either way, he's no doubt finished with SubWay.
I missed that. Out of his dorm room? So years ago when he was at Indiana? Was it kiddie porn?
It really wasn't specified other than "extensive porn". Once you're addicted to that, it's like any other addiction. I think he's a good con man.

That was a woman I worked with who was 1 year removed from Indiana University before she moved to State College in about 2002. She said his porn collection was legendary. She didn't mention any kid porn, she just said that everyone knew about it. We all knew, so basically we're all at fault here.
I like the Kardashians. They remind me that no matter how much money, fame, and store bought looks you have - it doesn't equate to making you into a normal human being.
And they clearly had probable cause to believe they'd find something in order to get a search warrant. Unless it was purely about the other guy and they had Jared's permission to take the stuff. But if this were just about the other guy, I would've expected this raid months ago.
I am looking around I am not seeing that he is considered a suspect.

That's what I am seeing too.....plus a kids charity suspended their relationship, which is to be expected. So far, from what I am seeing, his stuff is being vetted with his business associates to see if he was involved. We'll see. I am hesitant to condemn him until things get clarified.
And as to having a porn collection while in college; who didn't have one? My roommate had a collage of playboy and penthouse centerfolds stapled to the entire ceiling of our dorm room.

One cnn.com the headline says "Subway, Jared part ways." Then I read the article and it says their relationship has been suspended, which to me isn't parting ways. The news media can be really annoying sometimes.
Sometimes? Watch Fox then MSNBC then CNN...you'll get a completely different story on the same event. Honestly, TMZ and The National Enquirer are as reliable.

back "in the day", much of porn could qualify as kid porn simply because the girls were legally underage. when most of us define child porn it involves sex with someone very young (under 10) when, in fact, it really comes down to someone under the age of 18. So technically, a child porn collection of kids under 10 is no different than one having kids who are nearly 18 years old.
And the point is that his legendary collection might have actors under 18 but none who were very young. I post this only because a suggestion was made that someone into 'regular porn' isn't likely to devolve into kiddie porn... that is true, but it's quite possible his porn interests were on borderline girls (or boys) hovering near the 18 year old mark. Still "porn" but likely viewed a bit differently.

I don't get the bit about how it was laziness to eat at Subway because it was right downstairs. If he was too lazy to go far to get stuff to eat then how did he get to big in the first place? And if he was a college student at the time then he had to go out for class. And if he didn't want to spend a lot of time to get food he could've just cooked up frozen pizzas or microwave food, although he'd have had to go to the store now and then to stock up.
Whatever else he's done, losing 245 pounds by eating nothing but Subway for a year or whatever takes some discipline so I give him credit for that.
I remember he claimed he walked a lot but I didn't know he said it was to and from Subway.
