Child abuse reports increased across the state in 2016, 46 children died from neglect and abuse, while 79 children nearly died, according to numbers released Thursday in a new report by Auditor General Eugene DePasquale.

The state's auditor general is calling the system 'broken' and demanding a fix after examining Pennsylvania's Children and Youth Services system for the past year.

"Pennsylvania's child welfare system is broken. This is not hyperbole or exaggeration," wrote DePasquale in an executive summary of a special report released Thursday.

Regarding Spaniers standing appeal with the PA Superior Court regarding among other items, Bocca-fella reinstating charges at the request of the corrupt OAG that the higher court, the PA Superior Court, threw out in Jan 2016 in what can only be described as clear "Contempt of Court" in regards to the PA Superior Court's Ruling and Order in Jan 2016, how can these statements from PA's Auditor General not be further proof and admissible evidence of the corrupt OAG's "Prosecutorial Misconduct" and "Malicious Prosecution" strategy when the OAG brought 24 Felony Counts related to some supposed FTR on the part of PSU Administrators and an attempt to "cover-up" not reporting (despite the fact that they have proof that it was reported under the applicable Law, PA CPSL, despite no LEGAL REQUIREMENT to do so), when it is beyond obvious that these PSU parties NEVER had a LEGAL OBLIGATION to report the matter, but DID in fact make a report which qualifies as a report to DPW under the ACTUAL CODE, the PA CPSL, while at the very same time the OAG did not bring a single Indictment against numerous parties who had LEGAL OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE CODE to advance reports they received and utterly FAILED TO DO SO in clear VIOLATION of PA CPSL Code???

Again, how is this information not highly relevant and admissible in Spanier's pending court case in PA Superior Court against the corrupt and tyrannous PA OAG???

PA took countless victory laps for locking up one pedophile (who probably didn't even abuse anyone).

They're bound to miss things being spread so thin while dealing with trivial report after report.. thinking that the same number of caseworkers was going to be able to handle all the increased reports and do a better job was a set up for failure. Having more people reporting is great but the substance of what they're reporting does matter.. mandated reporters really need to have better training.. the Sandusky situation was an opportunity to learn and instead everyone is trying to cover their ass rather than do a better job of protecting our children. We now have a whole bunch of people trying to cover their ass. That isn't helping the problem.
