I remember when I was a Jr or Sr....(maybe my 2nd Jr year) at PSU I used to go to the Phyrst all the time and there was a bartender there who said he was in the Navy in San Diego. Corona was just getting popular and they had it. I was drinking a Natty Light draft at the bar one afternoon and somebody ordered a Corona at the bar. It was really expensive back then (comparatively speaking.) The person walked off and I asked this Navy guy if he ever had Coronoa (I had not.) He said "Oh yeah, we used to drive down to Mexico and the kids sold it on the street in tubs for 100 Pesos which was like a nickel, American." Up here it was $2 a bottle which was crazy back then.
