Sorry Tom Mc - I thought I posted this on the test board. I've since added the OT. Move it to the test board if you see fit. I just like the pic of the guy here..

It’s a cool ride and pic regardless of your politics. Besides Ronnie would be a Democrat today anyway :)

Since giving up on getting the new Jeep and opting instead to put my money into a hole in the ground that holds water, I'm still Jones'n for a toy and looking for a Scrambler. Anything in decent shape is pretty darn expensive!

Easier to find a CJ-7, but even they are in demand too. I'd sell mine tomorrow for the right price. I don't have a garage for it anymore and I want an old Wagoneer Ltd. or old Benz wagon.

What's your lowest "right price"?

Well, I've turned down $20K (which wasn't very smart) - that was a few years ago. It needs body work - still runs fine. Wheels and M/T's are still fine. Salt air is killing it though. I'd cut it loose for $15K, but not to you. It's an AMC Jeep. You'd never speak to me again.

LOL. $15K is around the price I'm willing to spend. Of course, I'm not looking for perfection, but am looking for something solid.
