...was on an appointment on Palm Beach last week. Pretty nice house on a side street - $6M on the property appraiser's site.

As soon as I pull in to the car park, it was there (the same one we discussed). Same year, same color. Perfectly waxed. Even looked at the odometer - 175K:

Nice older lady comes to the door and I'm still staring at the car. She turns around and says to her husband - "Someone finally likes that horrible old car of yours." All I hear from the house is "Tell him it's not for sale!"

Haven't sold the lawn yet, but I hope I do just so I can see it again.
