OT Twitter "The media could not be played"

For the tech guys on board, I don't use twitter, but any post with a twitter clip, when I hit the play button, comes up "the media could not be played". I use google chrome so I tried to hit the new incognito window, but no luck as it still reads "the media could not be played". Any suggestions?
