Should've seen one.Nice job by the official to step in there and put an end to the gun celebration. Imitating shooting rounds into your opponent is a bridge too far in my book. I could see a team point deduction there.
Thrilled with this one, for multiple reasons.
At least a team point! No different than football where the "throat slash" can result in ejection. Some actions go way beyond simply deducting a team point and should result in a disqualification of the wrestler and match forfeit... 6 (or 12) team points, depending on how you do the math.Nice job by the official to step in there and put an end to the gun celebration. If he’s pretty good, he’s also ripe for poaching.Stinks for him ... OTOH, with HWT clearing out this year, he becomes a potential 2026 national champ. Which would be really cool for Campbell to get one (if we don't, of course).
Shhh!If he’s pretty good, he’s also ripe for poaching.
Only other potential guys of note, Amos after 2 redshirt seasons and finally up at HWT?, Aden Attao after injury, Sahakin or Dellagatta day 1 guys? Very, very open weight next season and I am excited for it.Shhh!
The only top 15 HWTs returning next year are 4 Trumble, 6 Ghadiali, 7 Feldman, 12 Kueter (who will drop after losing to Luffman), 14 Pitzer, 15 Mullen. Ghadiali beat Feldman 8-3 at the All-Star Classic, and lost to Trumble 2-1 in the regular season. Lehigh's Taylor will return from injury. Doucet is sitting at OKST. Mirasola is likely the only even somewhat compelling shirt.
HWT next year might resemble 125 last year.
Sahakian has a knee injury and just got pinned by Merrill's younger brother. And got dominated by undersized Correa at WNO. He might be good in time, but next year seems optimistic.Only other potential guys of note, Amos after 2 redshirt seasons and finally up at HWT?, Aden Attao after injury, Sahakin or Dellagatta day 1 guys? Rutgers got buzz sawed by Wisconsin? Hiw did I miss that result.
Honestly not thrilled but expected. He is bouzakis of last year, a wild card. And bouzakis of this year too, just not ad shocking.Thrilled with this one, for multiple reasons.

Dellegatta is at 197 this year. Correa maybe ... but will he Ivy Shirt to put on size?
the older Dellegatta is at 197. The younger one is a large heavy and senior in HSSahakian has a knee injury and just got pinned by Merrill's younger brother. And got dominated by undersized Correa at WNO. He might be good in time, but next year seems optimistic.

Wow, pretty interesting journey he’s been on. It seems like he’s now arriving to a point mentally where perhaps he would better appreciate what Cael brings to the table. It also seems like he’s turning into a Lebowski like character.
Finger Lakes Wrestling ClubIvy shirt=grey shirt?
Never heard of it and only thing I can come up with.
He and Correa both Cornell HWT next year ...the older Dellegatta is at 197. The younger one is a large heavy and senior in HS

Not really, nebby solid in the lighter weights and meatchicken is in a rebuild.23-0 Nebraska at the break. Unreal
Michigan has flat out quit as a team.23-0 Nebraska at the break. Unreal
Sorry, but this is beyond rebuild. This is a dumpster fire. Not really, nebby solid in the lighter weights and meatchicken is in a rebuild.
In both cases, one team is far better than the other so that's what happens.Holy hell. Two weeks in a row, one team shows up and the other one lays down and dies on the mat. SMH
Saldate was up 5-4 after Taylor let him up to start the 3rd. Riding time wasn't a factor. Taylor got in deep and Saldate tried to roll through. Taylor caught him and stuck him.Not watching. What was Taylor score when he got the fall?
Lemme guess -- single off the opening whistle into a near-side cradle to his back.PSU transfer Marco Vespa made debut tonight at Kutztown. Got the fall.
The KJ Effect. 2nd place in his first year on staff and trending down ever sinceSorry, but this is beyond rebuild. This is a dumpster fire.
