I think of 13 dead Americans coming home (from our evacuation of Afghanistan) in caskets as an (our highest) elected official and lifetime bureaucrat checked his watch on the tarmac at Dover Air Force Base. Just not worth his time, I guess. He was thinking about that empty beach chair just waiting for him.
