PA college adds Wrestling

I could have put this in the thread where the question was asked about adding programs, but I didnt because I think it deserves its own.

As I and others have said before, the NWCA does a fantastic job at the lower levels and programs like this would probably not happen if not for the NWCA leadership always pushing forward.
