The GOP-controlled Senate should not be permitted to unwind the voice of the electorate via tortured, self-serving interpretations of the Pennsylvania Constitution. This violates the concept of "checks and balances" inherent within the Pennsylvania Constitution. The AG was made the highest ranking Law Enforcement Officer in the Commonwealth and beyond the reach of "politics" for a reason - a very important reason! And the "reason" is a system of "checks and balances" that the corrupt PA GOP is attempting to destroy and make the Commonwealth into an "Imperial" State ruled by the lawyer-based "political royalty" of their choosing rather than the "Constitutional Commonwealth" Pennsylvania was created to be.
