for a 730 start...when do the entering the stadium rules start? I am in the North section and want to go downtown for a bit and spend some $$$$....what time will I NOT be allowed to come up University drive to get to my parking spot? Thanks fellas! PSU by 10!

- For games that begin at noon, the one-way traffic pattern will begin at 8:30 a.m. Beaver Stadium parking lots will open at 7 a.m. for noon games.
- For all other games, the one-way traffic pattern will begin four hours prior to kick off.
- For example:
- 3:30 p.m. kick: stadium parking lots will open at 8 a.m. and the one-way pattern will begin at 11:30 a.m.;
- 6 p.m. kick: stadium lots will open at 8 a.m. and the one-way pattern will begin at 2 p.m.;
- 8 p.m. kick: stadium lots will open at 8 a.m. and the one-way pattern will begin at 4 p.m.
