Peggy Noonan just said some very powerful and insightful words

The one comment that struck me the most was her comment that as a result of the attacks in Paris that Obama will become "irrelevant". What she meant is that Obama is not viewed as a world leader and that the Europeans will have to fend for themselves going forward.
