Penn St/Pitt Abc Broadcast

I'm fairly certain that the Pitt game will be a regional broadcast.....And I.....Unfortunately.... have to be in Lake Placid that Saturday for an Ironman race that the bride is competing in on Sunday 9/11. Does the State of New York always/usually get to see Penn State games, or is Syracuse or Boston College seen , (ACC Country)? Can any Den Members way up north enlighten me? Many thanks
