We might need Pribula next week. They don't trust him. They didn't trust Allar--they definitely don't trust Beau
Good thing you aren’t the AD. And you know Franklin was calling the plays based on what location you were at on the sideline?I took you long enough to come around. Franklin not the answer.
I agree. Hopefully Allar will be okay.Beau attempted 1 pass today

Give him a $1 million pay raise and see what happens.Diaz is pretty much gone.
You have a D this dominant and you are getting calls from big programs.
Agreed and thankfully we probably won't need to throw it to win next week. My focus is betting good teams next yearWe might need Pribula next week.
I’m just having some funBeau attempted 1 pass today

My thoughts exactly.Good think RU isn't playing at Iowa today. The fans would be all over these injuries.
It isn't coincidence. It's happened in almost every game this year as the other team tires in the second half.I’m just having some fun
but it isnt a coincidence we started running the ball better when he came in
a running QB just fits better.
I do like his swagger though
he has more “it” than Allar
maybe next week we see him throw
gotta see what we have in him
enjoy rest of day everyone
He has more “it” than Allar? We’ll see if he gets in a game where he has to throw more than 1 pass.I’m just having some fun

You and I finally agree on something Lando. It isn't coincidence. It's happened in almost every game this year as the other team tires in the second half.
Anyone that wants Beau to be the QB next year has absolutely lost their mind
Qb draw whereby your qb gets destroyed over his career is a Franklin staple. The qb draw, regardless of QB skill-set, has been a staple and the one thread that binds all of our OC's. Im positive its Franklin's favorite play from his days at Stroudsburg and he refuses to have an offense that doesn't utilize it.Dominant D is enough to beat the likes of Rutgers...and every other team in this mediocre league except for the Big-2.
I really hope Drew doesn't have an arm or shoulder injury. Absolutely idiotic to design running plays for the guy.
Lol we've agree before but Id hope most agree with us hereYou and I finally agree on something Lando.
Why because he got hurt running the ball which he did quite well today. The way Allar looked on the sideline, he’s completely broken in the head. He absolutely can’t come back in, regardless of if he’s physically healthy.
And it's sad we can't design an offense for a true pocket passer forcing him to run the ball. Why because he got hurt running the ball which he did quite well today.
Really. Yeah that 21-1 TD to interception really “sucks”.Than Beau should give it up. Allar has been the worst performing QB I’ve seen all year. The last time I seen QB play this bad was when Clifford went down.
Someone else said he was the worst FBS QB today lolReally. Yeah that 21-1 TD to interception really “sucks”.
He's Phil's sonI noticed on the Rutgers sideline a player with he name of Yeboah-Kodie on his is jersey.
Is he related to Phil Yeboah-Kodie, a PSU linebacker In the 1990's?

The backup QB is always the most popular player on the team when things aren't going well for the starterHe has more “it” than Allar? We’ll see if he gets in a game where he has to throw more than 1 pass.
If he doesn’t run he can’t play the way the offense is designed.Yup, it's one thing with a certain skill-set at QB...but not with a guy like Drew who was recruited strictly for his arm. It makes absolutely no sense.
Then why recruit him?If he doesn’t run he can’t play the way the offense is designed.
If he doesn’t run he can’t play the way the offense is designed.
The offense design is horrid. Slow handoffs, lineman have to hold blocks too long and qbs no time to look downfield. This team is built to run pro style offense with great rbs and a big arm qb.Then the offense needs to be designed differently. I mean, it's not exactly setting the world on fire in its current design.

That was my first thought, but I did not know it. Thank you, It was a good few minutes thinking about how great that team in the 90's was I can still see Kijanna's first run from scrimmage in the Rose Bowl. We were spoiled then. Talent and execution at every position. He's Phil's son.
Portal bound. And Elsdon wasn't on the Senior Day walk list. So maybe he'll be missing tackles for PSU next season as well......
But in reality, it’s not built for a pro style offense . . . The QB yes, but not the rest of the scheme. And that is the just of the problem. Establish a damn identity and build around it!The offense design is horrid. Slow handoffs, lineman have to hold blocks too long and qbs no time to look downfield. Beau was our leading rusher.PSU outrushed them 234 yards to 99 yards and the running game is the strength of Buttgers Offense (and supposedly our weakness).
He looked natural hitting the perimeter on his longer run. This is who he is.Beau was our leading rusher.
It was nice to see Singleton get going in the 4th quarter.
Kinda funny how that happens when you have an extra running threat on the field. He looked natural hitting the perimeter on his longer run. This is who he is.
Yet we don't do things to get him into space:He looked natural hitting the perimeter on his longer run. This is who he is.
The offensive line would be much better in prostyle offense along with the running backs. Open the hole quicker and go. Having to hold blocks that long and running backs getting to line slower is costing this team and has for years. We have great tight ends also which favor this. It’s been proven this offense can’t win big games the way it’s designed. But in reality, it’s not built for a pro style offense . . . The QB yes, but not the rest of the scheme. Tell the Head Coach - it’s not his style. The offensive line would be much better in prostyle offense along with the running backs. Open the hole quicker and go. Today he was a totally different runner because he had space due to a running threat at QB.Yet we don't do things to get him into space:
- Swing passes to him
- Toss sweeps to him
- Line him up in the slot
I understand that but 90% of Singleton's carries are between the tackles. IMO the staff doesn't do enough to get the ball to him in space.Today he was a totally different runner because he had space due to a running threat at QB.
