Are the lukewarm reviews of Cephas in practice thus far solely attributed to the difficult transition and his sort of late start or is there something more concerning there?

1. Cephas was late getting here, so he's probably behind on the playbook.
2. Sticking Cephas right with 1s doesn't help the young guys who are fighting for that 3rd spot and the 2 deep.
I would say the staff knows what they have. He's probably going to be the 3rd guy or first guy in (Evans seems to have a good shot at 3rd spot).
