Football Penn State Football WR Harrison Wallace III Set To Enter Transfer Portal

Wallace is going to go somewhere and have success. Not a bad receiver. Will be even better when paired with a QB that can see the field and get him the ball.

This is 100 percent he was told to move on....

And Good. He is not physical enough to beat man coverage, or fight for the ball, and he regularly quits on routes.

We don't need one single receiver on next year's two deep that was a part of zero catches for zero yards.

How about a QB who was part of it?

Watch them drop every contested ball
Watch them never create separation against man
Watch the film
It's not what I want...it's all there for you. Or listen to the other Landon if you can't accept what I'm telling you

Separation is overrated. The contested catches you mention = no separation. Jeremiah smith makes contested catches.

You are correct. It is no big deal. The WR room needed a good clearing out. It’s at least one year late in my opinion. Franklin gambled in hoping the core WRs would be good enough for 2024. He bet wrong. The Notre Dame game results (zero WR receptions) was the final straw. There was no way Penn State could bring back the majority core WR group for another season. Time to move forward.

Psu got to the final four. Do you think they would have done better with your plan?

Should they bring back the same qb? Zero WR completions.

Exactly. Addition by subtraction.

In retrospect, it's still a shame that there were so many pieces that didn't fit or work well together in that WR room.

The question for me is why. You can never properly correct a problem unless you have a complete understanding of all of the underlying cause(s).

Post 31 was me responding to mydome where he mentions Beau--I said, you want to talk about him in every thread which is true
Notice you didn't respond to him--just me
I know you can't read--we've established that

Post 31 is where you brought up Beau. I didn't; you did. You lost again. Loado Loser.

A good cleaning out is fine if you have a couple of proven prospects behind the guys you cut loose. Who do you think they are?

Thank you. Wallace ran slow routes because of effort. 90% of his short routes were jogged because....who the hell knows why.

Evans is just bad. like bad bad....needs to join a track team wherever he portals to.

Wallace was set to be the #1 WR next year. The fact that he's portalling out does not speak highly of Hagans.

Again--see what I copied in Post 31--why didn't you respond to mydome--we all know why

Did mydome, an adult (aka a grown man), call a 20 year old, PSU graduate and scholar athlete (and his family "cowards?")

Yeah.... You got your answer Loado.

It's more than Hagan's at this point. There isn't an iota of positivity in the WR room right now - from eliminating the WR's from the game plan to their performance when they had the chance..... The million dollar question is if Hagan (or someone else) can build it up from basically nothing. I think someone else might be more effective in that regard. Fresh start for everyone.

Harrison probably leaves here and has a career year next year, just like Keandre did.
Well generally WR's get better every year with more catches. KLS had more catches here but more yards at Auburn. Name a receiver that has killed it after leaving here?

He had 300 more yards, but if I remember correctly he seemed to disappear towards the end of his last year here like he was injured.

Well, Dante Cephus and Julian Fleming's numbers both fell off hard once getting here, so they didn't "get better every year".

I'm only disappointing in Beau's behavior

You're disappointed in a football player wanting to play football, and compete................ lol.....

You're disappointed in a fellow PSU graduate and scholar athlete.... lol....

You have your head up your ass Loado. I'm certainly not the first to tell you that.

No I'm disappointing in him not owning that...he refused to own his decision. No other player that left their program during the playoff complained. Just the coward.
