They said PSU basketball was on a roll and they haven't been to the NCAA tournament in a long time.this is worth a listen. This may be the most exciting time for PSU football in the last 30 years.
Does Pat M thinks PSU had the $700 mil for the stadium and has no clue the school is going in the red so to speak from it.this is worth a listen. This may be the most exciting time for PSU football in the last 30 years.
Discounting 2 years ago? They said PSU basketball was on a roll and they haven't been to the NCAA tournament in a long time.
What's with the bookstore?
Agree. PSU needs to stop scheming to "surprise" teams and learn that they are just flat-out better some days. With two great RBs and a very good OL, we could just run the ball down some team's throats. Boise comes to mind (although in retrospect, AK may have been trying to get the WRs to play some ball for when we played better teams and needed them). Will be interesting to see how Penn State fares under the big pressure of the expectations that Ohio state was under last year. Not easy.
Despite my interest in the topic, i won't be listening to Patty Mac. I think he is the love child of Loado Commodo and Porpoise Bitch. No thanks.Does Pat M thinks PSU had the $700 mil for the stadium and has no clue the school is going in the red so to speak from it.
Then he says on signing day if a guy needs $100k they get $150k, implying recruits. We lose bidding wars for top recruits for lack of nil??
If we got some new top donors and "significantly" more money then before that is great, but until we outbid for the Brandon Finney types, I think Pat M is over his skis with this.
LOL. I want to take a nap after the first five minutes. Exhausting! But this is in line with almost all of these TV sports bloggy talk shows....I mean, if it wasn't for beer and pizza they'd have no advertisers. (but I am noticing a complete disappearance of home owner insurance companies hiring TV stars to portray them carrying people out of burning buildings "like a good neighbor").Despite my interest in the topic, i won't be listening to Patty Mac. You just never mind, that's people that can read. 😂They said PSU basketball was on a roll and they haven't been to the NCAA tournament in a long time.

As you may know, I live in Eastern WV. McAfee was WVUs punter/kicker under RichRod (first edition). From Wikipedia: "McAfee missed two relatively short field goals in WVU's 13–9 loss to a Pitt Panthers team with only four wins; ultimately taking the Mountaineers out of the BCS National Championship Game."LOL. I think it was late in the '07 season.I haven't double checked it, but I believe the beneficiary of that loss was Ohio state.
Memo not received yet by the basketball department 😂this is worth a listen. This may be the most exciting time for PSU football in the last 30 years.
My son-in-law is a friend of Pat. They went to Stew Virginia together and were bartenders together at a bar in Morgantown.Despite my interest in the topic, i won't be listening to Patty Mac. I think he is the love child of Loado Commodo and Porpoise Bitch. No thanks.
Lol. Pretty cool. I guessing Patty Mac saved a BUNCH of money with the employee discount.😎My son-in-law is a friend of Pat. They went to Stew Virginia together and were bartenders together at a bar in Morgantown.
McAfee has talked about that experience a lot. After the game he jumped in his car and aimlessly drove all night with thoughts of suicide. He received many death threats. It changed him and his priorities in life. Hence his show prioritizes positives and respectful criticisms. He only makes personal attacks on ESPN higher ups.I think it was late in the '07 season.
Pat played youth soccer with my son. I even coached him in a few tournaments on ad hoc teams. He wanted to play at Penn State, but didn't get a sniff, so he headed south. His media schtick is not reflective of who he is. He worked at a few local places in high school. One was the only local bowling alley. It almost went under during covid, but Pat sent them 30K so they could stay open. They remain open to this day.My son-in-law is a friend of Pat. I think he was a pretty heavy juicer back in the day. No idea whether that is still the case, but, let's say, his "verbal style" gives off that vibe. To be fair, I have known recovered alcoholics who still blather like they are drunk, so it is not a sure thing, AND I do not care, because I can't listen to him.Pat played youth soccer with my son. And He's still short and wide left.As you may know, I live in Eastern WV. McAfee was WVUs punter/kicker under RichRod (first edition). He's Yinzer who was from Plum, Pa. A Yinzer/Hoopie. The approximate equivalent of a Virginia-native African-American Slave owner in NY during the Civil War.
