Penn State Ticket Exchange

Has anybody used the ticket exchange before? I posted 2 of my Buffalo tickets for sale several weeks ago though the ticket exchange, but when I go to see if they are listed, they are not. In fact, if I choose "Buy" for any game, it says there are no tickets available.

Am I doing something wrong? Hard to believe no one is selling tickets to any game.
