Perhaps the most redeeming part of Veterans Stadium — a stadium that otherwise offered a mostly unattractive baseball experience — was that you could decide at five o’clock that you wanted to go to a game, and you could head down to the stadium and get decent seats. From 2004-2012 (approximately), that wasn’t the case at Citizens Bank Park. However, extremely poor management and lack of on-field watch-ability have made it fairly easy to get.
Easy to get hasn’t translated to Phillies’ tickets lowering in price, though.
