I've never gotten too excited about the Directors Cup but c'mon Pitt. The next highest P5 school is Kansas State way up at #94. Even the entire Ivy League finished ahead of them. No worries in Oakland though. Pitt dropped women's tennis in favor of women's lacrosse. That'll be their ticket to a top 100 finish.

Most here likely agree with you. I do not. To me the greatest insult you can give Pitt fans is to ignore them. The continuing posts about them leads their fans to believe they matter. I personally think, and I expect this will be a solitary opinion, that many here subconsciously feel inferior to Ohio State and Michigan and so they pick on Pitt as if to say "At least we're better than those guys." I will now exit this thread before those with pitchforks, or should I say Pittforks? and torches come after me.

My post said 90% of people don’t care about. It said nothing about whether I care. Hell, I’m a regular on the wrestling board, I was on what some might consider a minor sport squad, I was friends with several fencers, gymnasts and volleyball players. The truth is in numbers people care most about FB and BB, then pockets like a few others sports. Few care about as many as I care about.
