Pokes at Cornell, ESPN streaming now

Garrett just destroyed Harding, 16-1 TF in the 3rd but nowhere near that close. 14-1 after the first. Garrett scored right at the opening buzzer, then got three NF4 on 2-on-1 tilts. He then spent the entire 2nd period trying to get a pin.

Tough weekend for the serial killer, got teched by Brewer yesterday.

Heil 9-1 MD over Grey. Looked good, but man Grey had nothing.

Collica just put it to Galasso, WBF 2:48 with a near-side cradle, was up 12-5 with 6 first-period takedowns.

Palacio 7-3 over JoJo with 2 takedowns and an immediate reversal on Smith's one takedown.

Lots of action, and Palacio all but pinned himself while on top at the end of the 2nd period, still no idea how he managed to retain control.

Realbuto 13-2 MD over Chandler Rogers. Not that close. Rogers got the initial takedown on a scramble, that Realbuto came out on top of the scramble. After that it was a total pounding on top.

Just saw the last few seconds of 184 and Boyd beat Dean. WOW.

Scratch Dean from the Hodge race -- Boyd beat him 14-9 on a 2nd period takedown and NF4 with a 2-on-1 tilt, then an ankle pick in the 3rd. Dean hit a cement mixer at the buzzer for the last 2 pts.

Surprised at this result. What's Palacio ranked---in the teens most places? And JoJo somewhere around 4 or 5?

Remind me -- why did Palacio not wrestle at the Scuffle?

Thanks much for the coverage, El-Jefe

I believe Palacio was injured. IIRC, he even left school in the fall semester due to the injury. That said, I'm not sure what the injury actually was.

Weigel 2-0 over Scott with a 2nd period escape + 3rd period rideout. Scott wrestling with a broken jaw.

Marsden MD over Sweany. Missed the final score -- Marsden got a takedown at the buzzer and ESPN pulled the scoreboard immediately.

Flu hit Cornell hard. Dean looked tired, probably not fully back from sickness.
