Our season is over anyway, we should just pack it in and forfeit the rest of the year. It's over, we are done, we will lose all recruits, we will lose the entire fanbase, Beaver Stadium will grow cobwebs from lack of use and attendance, other coaches will pilfer our players, and this board can finally focus 100% on Pitt football - their one true love.

I'd kind of like to have a game to get over the loss immediately, but think the time off will really help the team physically. It's a long time to stew after a loss, but I think Franklin will find a way to keep everyone focused and occupied....

A week off after an highly emotional game is good whether you win or lose. Look as OSU last year after their victory over us. They go to Iowa and get their ears kicked in. They are probably lucky that Indiana is a home game this week.
