Swift -- I've always had a thing for the thigh-high boots.
Cabello -- a braid that reached to her butt (even if it's an extension) deserves kudos
Smulders -- nice hair, nice dress, and high cheekbones are the ticket

Selena Gomez nearly made it into the top 3, and Shania Twain garnered some consideration.

Heidi Klum looks like she thought it was Halloween, and wanted to wear an ostrich costume. Talk about taking an amazing package and diminishing it. smh
