I would have gone with Klum, sort of a lifetime achievement award situation, but that fabric piece in front is just not right.

Swift looks like she is wearing a jacket that Cliff would have handed down to Theo. It's also just not right.

JWoww should have been top 3, but the tattoo ruined it for me. Klum is almost always top 3, but her outfit was somewhat disappointing. Cabello was tough to leave out of the top 3. Brie, like Klum, is a perennial top-3 worthy, but like Klum I wasn't too impressed with her outfit.
