Rent a team is the new model some programs are following. If recruits and parents were smart, they would eliminate those rent a team schools from their list knowing that they don't develop their own recruits once on campus.

Pretending they don't develop talent is ridiculous. They use all forms of recruiting as should all schools. You fill gaps and upgrade using the portal.
