I hope that Fina gets raked over the coals for his blatant prosecutorial misconduct, but he probably won't. His win at all costs behavior should not be tolerated. He had dirt on both Cynthia Baldwin and Mike McQueary to use as leverage to convince them to become prosecution witnesses. There is no question is my mind that he knew both that MM did not witness an anal rape and that his questioning of Baldwin concerning what she learned during her representation of Curley, Schultz, and Spanier was highly improper.

Fina and Baldwin, for their unethical actions, and along with disbarment, should be given at least the same sentences that innocent Curley and Schultz got as a result of their actions.

Exactly...and with no way to know who the kid was, the second mile was the appropriate place to go in that TSM should have been accountable for who and when Jerry (or any other rep) was with a kid. It is only logical to go back to TSM and say "are you aware of this? who is the kid? can we speak to him? are their other complaints besides the one in 2001 that was fully investigated? As the group probably responsible for the kid, what course of action do you need to take? How can we assist in that course of action?"

We've known about this for a long time. People who respect the rule of law have been befuddled. Every day I think about this mess and I ask myself why would I respect the justice system (or the media) ever again after something like this is allowed to occur?
