Jeremy Hunter has been a cog at Illinois for quite some time. Not sure if you want just head coaches. I grew up wrestling for an old time PSU wrestler named Jerry Seaman. He ran one of the first big time wrestling clubs in the early/late 90s.
If we are talking guys who run/coach a club as well....that David Taylor guy qualifies.

Jake Strayer is Head Coach at Forest Hills.
Biff Walizer is Head Coach at Red Lion.
Christian Harr is the Head Coach at Hollidaysburg.
Ryan Cummins is the Head Coach at State High.
Skip Pighetti was the Head Coach at BEA.
Jim Abbott was the Head Coach at Altoona.
Jeff Prescott runs a club and volunteers at the University of Buffalo

Yeah, and when James graduates this year, McCutcheon goes from assistant to head coach
Bryan Heller, Head Coach at Rumson Fair Haven HS, NJ, his Alma Mater. His 182 pounder, Nick Addison, just signed with Stanford.
Jack Decker, Head Coach Seton Hall Prep, NJ, his Alma Mater, currently ranked 12th in NJ..
Cody Law is now an Assistant Coach at UPJ. Not in the last 20 years, but
Dave Adams comes to mind, also.
