PSU football makes new hire...

Penn State hired Sam Williams recently. He was a grad assistant at Rutgers. He helped with special teams and recruiting.

Williams was originally with Franklin at Vanderbilt before making the move to Rutgers.

I know he's from Maryland and has a lot of ties in that state.
