Guys I wanted to let you know that some future and former Nittany Lions were mentioned on my latest Sudden History podcast. For those that haven't heard it check it out, either an interview per week or some sort of in-depth breakdown.

Anyways, this week I interviewed former Rutgers/Minnesota wrestler Mario Mason. He has worked closely with Nick Suriano and gives his opinion about what makes him special and his future at Penn State. Mario also was coached by and competed against Frank Molinaro. He talks about their relationship and Frank's recent success.
