PSU @ OSU --- 8 PM ET kickoff, start planning now :-)

does Michigan not being at night guarantee RU is white out?
Wouldn't say guarantee as there have been whiteouts that weren't in primetime. The main reason, I believe, that Michigan won't be whiteout is because it is at the beginning of Thanksgiving break.

lets have Two Whiteouts whats wrong with that if the occasion calls for it then let it happen I say.

Majority of fans would prefer no white out if it were to be sullied by Staten Island West. Army was actually number two choice, over none at all, in a recent poll. It may be the preferred choice however by those in charge of such things to take their best shot at a sellout for a blow out.

Shock the world that night. Send Urban Myers into retirement again
Why do all you PSU people have so much hate?
You guys would have killed for Urban, yet make fools of yourselves ragging on him.
By the way the Buckeyes will blow you out , it won't be pretty.

Could depend on whether or not the B1G refs decide to enforce the NCAA rules concerning bullsh*t calls.

Yep. They said that last year when OSU played Virginia Tech and you're right, it was not pretty. They also said it when OSU played us and it took them 2 overtimes to blow us out by 7 with a little help from their "official" friends.

I agree there were some bad calls in the OSU vs. PSU game. If the plays were called differently by the officials that. Would have changes some of the dynamics of the game. Maybe PSU wins, and maybe OSU wins anyway. We'll never know outside of speculation.

What we do know is that in overtime, OSU won. They went on to win the rest of their games and the National Championship. PSU finished the regular season bowl eligible and won the Pinstripe Bowl. Those are facts and speculation changes nothing.

Isn't it time to move on and worry about next year?

I dunno. Maybe it's the reason you're here trying to validate a sham victory 6 months later?

Bottom line OSU has owned PSU for over a decade, since 2000 Buckeyes are 12-3 against you.
Complain about the refs, the conference has it against you yada , yada , yada. Everyone else is tired of all your complaining. To be honest I can't believe you even won 3. I am sure the refs screwed us on those 3 games.

It's all cyclical. We've been down a few years due to sanctions, but after our win in 2008, the series was tied 12-12. We'll be back.

Validate a sham victory? LOL. Again, PSU had a chance to win in overtime and they didn't. I don't think that there is any question as to who would win the vast majority of games if they played each other 10 times. OSU got the breaks, but they were also the better team. Stop pretending that PSU's only chance of losing against the Bucks would be with the referee's help.

Going forward, yes I see PSU being competitive in both the conference and Nationally. The late years of Paterno's reign and the sanctions hurt the program. Not that those are over Things should be looking up. Right now the Buckeyes are on a roll in winning, the NC, and recruiting. But nothing lasts forever.

Oh, and I waited 6 months because I was banned from BWI. For the record, I've never been one who believed that PSU needed to be crucified. The people who did wrong did so as individuals and thus needed to be punished as such. Minor penalties to the program were all that was needed if the NCAA wanted to make a statement.

But I do question the fans who continually try to justify those individuals, or individual, who did do the wrongs.

We're not talking about playing 10 times. We're talking playing one time with the refs blowing two obvious, potentially game changing calls. OSU did what it needed to do to win out, and I was actually rooting for them when they did, but they needed help from the refs to beat us last year. I do not doubt that one bit.

11-4 would be more accurate.. and this is the highest point in Ohio State football history. Included during this incredible 11-4 run are PSU's worst 5 year stretch in their history (2000-2004) and the more recent sanction years. I always look forward to the Ohio State game. I'll be out in Columbus again this year for the game.

As for officiating, how would one explain the Ohio State offensive line not having one holding call the entire big ten season? 2012 at our place had some mind blowing calls as well.. I won't review them.. just some huge calls that changed possession that will make you scratch your head. Whether the officiating is just really bad or there's a bias, it needs to be addressed. Especially since we're playing primetime games every year. The focus should be on the game, not the bad officiating.

Nice to see you're keeping the stigma of OSU fans being arrogant dbags alive. A real man could at least acknowledge that the officials blew 2 horrible calls that went against PSU in last year's game, which explains why someone like yourself can't acknowledge it. You stay classy, OSU fans.

The occasion doesn't even call for one Whiteout game, let alone two. Rutgers is not a marquee opponent, and that game will not be a blip on the national radar. Michigan has potential. They are a marquee name, but haven't had marquee performance of late. That will change with Harbaugh, but the turnaround probably won't happen this season. Also, it seems there will be attendance issues that day. So we probably shouldn't have a Whiteout game at all. I don't understand the desire to have one for a crappy game, it will completely dilute the Whiteout experience over time and will become meaningless.

Agree completely.
