Q) Why Did Suriano Transfer From PSU To Rutgers?

Hopefully, the unkind words were about himself. I mean, it isn't Jersey Shore's fault, if a guy can't pick up a map, and doesn't realize that PA is land-locked to begin with. Then again, maybe he visited Intercourse, PA, nothing happened, and he's mad at them, too.

Spencer Lee is not a guy PSU missed on due to Suriano.
Princeton's Patrick Glory is somebody who most definitely wanted to wrestle at Penn State, but was not shown reciprocating interest due to the belief Nick was here to stay.

I'm curious about this -- because Glory released his finalist school list (which we weren't on) July of the same summer that the other guy went Full Cruiseliner.

Wondering if we might have made his finalist school if the other thing had happened sooner?

Also wondering if Cael wouldn't have recruited Glory anyway, thinking Suriano might move up someday.

Lets go with Shy Beaver. Seriously......it is located near Raystown Lake in Pa. I think if you attend Shy Beaver...…..you are much more likely to do Graduate studies at Virginville.

Suriano already in the stable with Teasdale coming and who knows for sure what they (staff) knew as far as what RBY was going to do, but Glory did not at the time appear to be a must get.
However, during most of his junior year Glory was not shy in letting people know he wanted to wrestle at PSU, but PSU never really gave the impression they really wanted the kid.
I was actually told by a buddy who generally knows what he is talking about that Glory was coming to Penn State no matter what. Two days later Glory released his top 5 list and PSU wasn't on it.
If the staff knew Nick was being actively and successfully recruited by Rutgers Glory would have received more attention.
He was Penn State's to have if they had wanted the kid.
Cael and staff don't miss often, but 3 kids who wanted to be Lions and the staff definitely missed on were Port, Ashnault and Glory.

Suriano and PSU weren’t necessarily a good fit, but IMO the main reason he transferred was whatever went down with the handling of his injury.
