Am I the only one being "followed"?

And, I've never actually seen the people following me ever post here.

Take @FBI_Field_Agent_Bob He's "following" me, but only has posted 3 messages since 2002? Then, there's @HomeLandSecurityMary1781 She's been following me since 2004. But, she hasn't posted on rivals since 2003?

Anyone besides me have these problems?

I think I am but I can’t imagine why. I got a couple of notifications but didn’t know what ‘following’ was.
