I see a few teams, OSU being one of them, who intentionally kick and try to make you return the kick. They almost always kick very close to the goal line and some people return the kick usually very poorly rather than fair catch? I wondered why PSU never did it and then Jordan's first kick was about the two yard line. Poor tackling allowed the guy to get a fair return. Was this intentional or did he just miss hit his first kick?
