I was driving through Maryland this weekend and stopped at Maryland House which is the state travel plaza on 95.
I had a PSU polo on.
Two separate times I was stopped and asked if I worked for PSU.
Once by a couple of teen boys next to me. They stopped talking all of a sudden and one asked me sir are you a psu employee.
Once by a young gitl behind the counter at the Nathans. I was across the way filling up a drink and her coworker called me over (we shopped at Wendys) and asked if I worked for PSU.
All three except the coworker were minority.
My takeaway is that there is a ton of excitement around PSU right now.
