Team going to be scary good for a long time..

Just think, if Conel gets his 6th year, PSU shirts Brooks, Beard, J Lee, Starocci and Nevills

They come back year after and replace Joseph, Hall, Shak, Conel and Cassar with J Lee, Starocci, Brooks, Beard and Nevills as freshman. Wow! The dynasty never ends!

Oh yeah..then Howard and Bartlett show up as true frosh. Scary good

The 3-inch binder of Gold Intel might be due for an appendix.

Unless Zahid goes 184, there is nobody in that weight class he can't beat if he's healthy. The big thing with Rasheed that everyone has mentioned here besides health is just match awareness, he was limited clearly at Nationals but he had Ness beat as well as Geer but overthought it a bit.

I'm beyond excited for this, it's time to get what is his!

Is Conel still waiting for medical waiver? And has there been any word on whether he's healthy and ready to go?

What's a realistic timeline on recovery from ACL surgery? Shak had surgery immediately after NCAAS, correct? Could he be 100%, and trust the knee by the time the BIG schedule kicks into full gear?

My daughter tore her ACL playing soccer. Several of her teammates did as well. (Off topic, but ACL tears have reached near-epidemic levels among women soccer and basketball players. Women are much more prone to the injury for physiological reasons.)

Depends of course on the athlete, but figure six to nine months for the knee to be 100%. Nine to twelve months for the head to catch up.
