RBs are limited in skillset

I think it pretty clear that the RB position has underperformed, especially when looked at in terms of what they group was expected to be at the start of the season.
Lee has fumble problems at present with one each of the last two weeks. Seider just shook his head at Key in disbelief when Lee made it over to the sideline after his drop last night and gave him a "C'mon."
Noah is tough as hell and grinds but isn't extra gear ready and that limits the offense. Even when the offensive line isn't dominating, these guys need to make the extra yardage - that isn't happening often enough. AUB went into that game knowing they could make some noise with their backs - it truly doesn't feel like PS has the same mindset at present.

Honestly, I was shocked when Lovett entered into the mix so early. Could it be that they secretly hope he takes over the top spot to become the clear #1? Ford and Holmes essentially non-factors.

Nick S should be expecting to play just a ton of time in 2022.
