It is possible that we will have 4 elite players in Gesicki, Godwin, Barkley and Hack. I know all are young and it is not great strategy to rely on FR and SO (understand Hack is a JR). But these guys have big time talent and we know that Lynch, Hamilton and Lewis are also, at worst, pretty good. This is why IMO we have a chance to surprise this season. We know what we have on defense. If these young players emerge on offense I think we are going to be a pretty good football team. Hopefully good enough to overcome a kicking game that may not be great. Goes without saying it all starts up front.
By the way, IIRC DJ Dozier rushed for 1,000 yards as a true FR in 1983. Wonder if Saquon will be the top true FR back since DJ?
